To place an order, click on the Order button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, click on the View Cart/Checkout link and proceed to checkout.

We accept payments through PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use and secure. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Click here to set up your PayPal account.

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO or U.S. territories may be subject to additional fees. We do ship to countries outside the U.S. Those orders will most like incur additional shipping charges. Email jill@sillyjillybean.com prior to ordering for an estimated shipping cost. Most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
You will be contacted via email when your order has been shipped.
TURN-AROUND TIME
Because most of our items are made to order and are personalized, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to ship.
RETURN POLICY
No personalized items may be returned unless a mistake is made on our part with the personalization. If we make a mistake, a replacement of the product you ordered will be promptly redone and shipped immediately. On Sale items are final.
Other than personalized items, if you are not completely satisfied with your order from Silly Jilly Bean, we will accept a return within 14 days after you received the item for a complete refund, minus shipping costs. After 14 days, all returns are for store credit or exchange.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge 9.75% sales tax on all orders from Tennessee.
GIFT CARDS
Let us know if your order is a gift. We will add a personalized gift card message for no charge. Enter your message in the special requests box during checkout.
